:
Assist in identifying and evaluating suppliers based on set criteria such as price, quality, and delivery timelines.
Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders and supplier agreements under the guidance of the purchasing team.
Monitor stock levels and notify the purchasing team of low inventory to ensure timely replenishment.
Help conduct stock takes and assist in reconciling inventory records to maintain accuracy.
Gather price quotes and assist in comparing supplier offers to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and follow-up on any issues or delays.
Ensure that all procurement records and documents are properly maintained and filed for audit and reference purposes.
Stay informed about common product specifications and market pricing to support informed purchasing activities.
Assist in tracking purchasing budgets and reporting basic spending updates to the supervisor.
Generate basic reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance for internal use.
REQUIREMENTS:
. Possess DIPLOMA/DEGREE or equivalent.
. Experience with office management systems and procedures.
. Strong work ethics and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
