Job Description

Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs. Researching quotation and potential vendors. Monitoring order and ensuring timely delivery from vendors and sub-con. To provide full time assistance to purchasing activities Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned Transport requested to warehouse Handling GRN from warehouse, verified then to account Prepare petty cash as per required from individual department. Update weekly purchase report Issued delivery note which receive PR from QC, maintenance and other departments. Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements



Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills. Able to complete tasks within the timeline given. Able to work independently Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage. Candidate must be willing to work in Rawang. Ability to start immediately is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
