Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-



Prepare quotations and purchase order (PO) documents as required. Ensure stockist needs and appointments are consistently fulfilled and updated from time to time. Maintain a proper record-keeping system for the purchasing and inventory department. Ensure the office and branch asset register is accurately updated and maintained. Assist in processing supplier payments, including invoice verification, supporting document checks, and confirming receipt of goods/services.

Requirements



Education Level

: Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5

Field of Study

: Business and Administration (general)

Experience

: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Other Requirements

: Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
