Job Description

What you'll be doing



Assist in the procurement of raw materials, components, and other supplies required for manufacturing operations Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favourable pricing and terms Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring stock levels are optimised Process purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documentation Liaise with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings Provide administrative support to the purchasing and procurement team as required

What we're looking for



Fresh graduate or a minimum of 1 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the construction industry Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Proficient in using procurement software and data analysis tools A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
