Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



? Assist in the procurement of materials and supplies.

? Assist Purchasing Manager in maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing and other important data.

? Prepare and process purchase orders and documents.

? Assist Purchasing Manager in coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

? Assist Purchasing Manager resolving any issues related to orders, deliveries, and payments.

? Maintain and update vendor information.

Minimum Requirements:



? Minimum relevant qualification (Diploma or equivalent in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or related field).

? At least 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

? Strong organizational and time-management skills.

? Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

? Attention to detail and accuracy.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

? Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
