Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage delivery schedules Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages Assist with the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and source appropriate supplies Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation

Requirements:



Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement within the construction industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Minimum SPM / Diploma in related field
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
