Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Process purchase requisitions and verify items requested by the project department.

Assist in preparing purchase orders by reviewing product specifications, pricing, and terms.

Source, evaluate, and compare suppliers to secure the best combination of quality, cost, and delivery time.

Issue Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers/vendors.

Liaise with the store/warehouse to coordinate material orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites.

Support the purchasing department to ensure smooth procurement operations and material flow.

Requirements:



Knowledge of plumbing products and able to read, type, speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work independently.

Ability to make quick, sound, and thoughtful decisions for the company.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields will be an advantage.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
