Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for retail products, including supplier sourcing, price comparison, negotiation, and contract execution.
Develop and execute purchasing plans based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and market trends to ensure timely product availability and optimal stock levels.
Establish, manage, and evaluate supplier relationships in terms of cost, quality, delivery performance, and service standards.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Merchandising, Inventory, and Logistics teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
Monitor product costs, gross margins, and procurement budgets, continuously driving cost optimization and margin improvement.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to support buying and sourcing decisions.
Manage purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve procurement-related issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
