Job Description

Primary Function



To assist in the overall purchasing of goods and services activities of the purchasing section

Scope of Duties and Responsibilities



To implement relevent policies, activities, procedures and instructions as required by the QHS management system. Assist in overseeing, managing and control purchasing and store activities for the company. Assist to liaise with suppliers on payment terms/ modes and to advise management accordingly. Assist in ensuring that all products supplied and delivered are in accordance to the purchase order and project requirements. To liaise with suppliers in regards to material availability and pricing. To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTE REQUIREMENTS:



Minimum Diploma or equivalent with 1 to 2 years purchasing experience preferably in the same industry. Fast learner with self-initiative to learn, reliable and responsible. Good coordination and inventory skills with a high level of accuracy and integrity while working under pressure. Good written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
