Job Description

Can speak in English and Mandarin.

Minimum SPM level.

Fresh graduates and applicants without experience are encouraged to apply as full training will be provide.

Good communication skills with all levels.

Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint,Excel,Outlook).

Able to work in team.

Willing to learn.

Responsibility

Computer literate - Microsoft Office (Word,Excel,PowerPoint,Outlook)

Promotion setting in our ERP System.

Issue Purchases Order to supplier.

Create new product code in ERP system.

Update selling prices in ERP System as per instruction from superior.

Assist re-ordering system to outlet.

Assist to check all the discrepancy sales and report to superior.

Assist to generate some reports.

Any other duties that assigned by superior from time to time.

Working Hours Mon to Friday 9.00am ~ 6.15pm.
