Plan, control and monitor the implementation of daily purchasing activities.
Coordinate and liaise with related departments, project sites on order status, and delivery time.
To assist and monitor the delivery arrangement in purchasing process for each project site with track deliveries to construction sites and follow up on delays or shortages.
Provide administrative support to the Purchasing team, such as data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, including invoices, contracts, and inventory levels.
Handle day-to-day transactions and other assigned activities.
Requirements
1-2 years of direct purchasing experience in construction materials is required.
Possess SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication with Chinese suppliers.
Possessing knowledge in Construction or Building Materials is an added advantage.
