Identify requirements for goods, materials, and services.
Source and evaluate reliable suppliers.
Conduct price negotiations to obtain competitive offers.
Compare delivery terms and conditions.
Determine optimal order quantities.
Prepare requests for quotation (RFQ) and manage the awarding of supply contracts.
Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse based on storage capacity
Qualifications and Skills:
At least Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, or higher in or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry.
Familiarity with national financial regulations and strong financial analytical abilities.
Proficiency in financial software, such as Autocount system.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and making abilities.
