Job Description

To manage the product category or range and be responsible for the pricing and overall promotion of that product or service. To plan and develop strategies for the product categories and exit strategies for unsuccessful products.

Job Responsibilities: -

To increase sales for the category. Sourcing products that suitable for market needs. To develop strong working relationships with buying, marketing and merchandising teams. To develop strategic long term plan for the development of the category. To analyze, develop and implement effective promotion programs in line with company strategy. To plan and develop strategies for the product categories and exit strategies for unsuccessful products. Conduct relevant data analysis on best sellers, product performance and recommend action plan. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement: -

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of buying experience preferable in

F&B or retail industry*.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (optional). Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Result-oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent in using MS Office application, especially Excel. Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
