Job Description

We are a growing company in the joinery and furniture industry, specializing in the joinery and furniture industry, specializing in furniture manufacturing and interior fit-outs. We are looking for a dedicated Purchasing Clerk to support our procurement activities and ensure smooth supply of materials.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and process purchase orders for raw materials, hardware, fittings, and other supplies. Source and compare quotations from suppliers. Liaise with vendors to track orders and ensure on-time delivery. Maintain accurate purchasing records, pricing lists, and supplier databases. Work closely with production and project teams to ensure material requirements are met. Handle administrative tasks related to procurement.

Requirements:



Minimum Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Experience in purchasing (preferably in furniture, construction, or manufacturing industry). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask. Good communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
