Job Description


  • Must be fluent in Mandarin as this role requires liaising with Mandarin speaking suppliers and colleagues to complete daily tasks.
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possess good negotiation skills, meticulous, independent, and able to work in fast-pace environment.
  • Ability to work under tight schedules and possess team working spirit.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office application & SQL software (Can be learn from us)
Responsibilities
  • Negotiation price with suppliers on purchases of materials.
  • Identify and propose new suppliers for short-listing.
  • Placing orders and expediting deliveries with supplier on urgent basic.
  • Follow up on materials complaint with user and suppliers.
  • Liaise with forwarding agents on shipping and customs clearance.
  • Monitor, evaluate supplier\'s delivery and performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchases, including purchase orders, delivery order & invoices.
  • Review and verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
