Job Description


Job Responsibility Handle daily purchasing and procurement routine. Monitor and expedite for timely delivery of items Placing orders and expediting deliveries with supplier on urgent basis Build and maintain good relationship with suppliers Negotiation with suppliers on purchases of materials Identify and propose new suppliers for short-listing Overall inventory planning management, prepare analysis reports and propose corrective actions as and when required Work closely with store staff and ensure products are kept and recorded accurately Ensure all documents involved in purchasing process are in proper record, traceable and in compliance to ISO certification requirements. Ad-hoc related duties Job Requirements Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with China suppliers. Possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor Degree or equivalent in related fields Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply ; Experienced candidates will be added advantage Strong negotiable and interpersonal skills Pleasant personality Work independently with minimum supervision Job Benifits EPF & SOCSO & EIS Medical benefit Monthly Birthday Celebration Performance appraisal twice times per year (Opportunity to Increment/Promote)
