Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Language proficiency: English, Mandarin.
Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Oversee the procurement process from sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts and purchasing goods and services.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs and specifications.
Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular supplier reviews to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with contractual agreements.
Monitor market trends and developments to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to purchasing, such as delayed deliveries or defective products.
Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
Assist with other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.
