Able to work independently with minimal of supervision
Minimum 1 years of working experience in an F&B line
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Required skill: Microsoft office & Excel, SQL
Preferable speak and written in English, BM & Mandarin
Tasks & responsibilities
Manage for sourcing, negotiating and ordering with suppliers for F&B ingredients, packaging and operation items ensuring smooth operation.
Monitor and track delivery schedules.
Maintain supplier database, price lists.
Coordinate with Finance for invoice verification, payment and documentation.
Assist in monitoring stock levels and usage to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Manage end to end recruitment process, handle onboarding and offboarding process
Update attendance records and maintain employee files
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Assist with accounting tasks, such as processing staff claims & OT, reconcile payroll report
To carry out any learning and development training
Organise and to ensure proper filing system and prepare monthly report
To execute ad-hoc duties when required
