To enquire and obtain quotation and procure construction materials / equipment / services requested by project or contract personnel
Responsible on Purchasing Requisition, Quotation Enquiries, issuance of Purchase Order and Invoicing.
To review and seek new/ potential suppliers or materials (Vendor Selection)
To deal with supplier for all relevant issues including product quality, delivery, pricing and etc
To coordinate with site personnel to monitor the delivery of materials / equipment / services on time
Any ad hoc task requested by management
