Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing / Procurement:

Source and procure raw materials, components, and services required by the company. Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and establish long-term relationships. Prepare purchase orders, maintain accurate procurement records, and ensure timely delivery of materials. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to prevent shortages. Ensure procurement complies with company policies, budgets, HALAL and quality standards.

Quality Control (QC):

Inspect incoming materials and finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications. Conduct regular quality checks during production processes. Identify defects, report non-conformance issues, and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers or production teams. Maintain accurate QC documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and quality records. Collaborate with the production and procurement teams to improve product quality and supplier performance.
Working hours
Mon - Friday -7.30am -4.30pm
Saturday 7.30am -12.30pm
