Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Minimum 1 year experience in purchasing functions
- Computer proficiency, particularly with spreadsheet programs.
- Good communication and negotiation skill.
- Positive attitude and work ethics.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (written & oral) to communicate with staff and associates in China
- Sourcing for potential supplier
- Request quotation from supplier
- Perform price comparison and analysis on quotations received
- Negotiation with supplier for best pricing, terms and quality of products supplied.
- Preparation of purchase requisitions and issuance of purchases orders through purchasing system
- Monitor and follow up with supplier on goods delivery.
- Perform other duties as required
