Job Description
:This position is based out of Senai,JohorJOB DESCRIPTIONGeneral operative duties in this instance could include: * Send RFQ and analyse all supplier to select the most suitable supplier who can deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
- Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost, and quality to obtain maximum benefit for the company.
- Arrange and participate in meetings between suppliers and Company engineers and other personnel to facilitate standardization and economical procurement.
- Maintain the BOQ with updates from suppliers until after awarding the contract.
- Manage supplier to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule, and quality.
- 2 to 3 years working experience in purchasing function.
- Good communication skills and negotiation skills with the vendor.
- Cost analysis skills will be an advantage.
- SAP or equivalent softwares experience will be highly desired.
