With production facilities in Batu Kawan, Penang, they are expanding their team and welcoming fresh graduates and experienced candidate to join their team.

• Assist the Purchasing Manager in establishing and maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure efficient and smooth procurement operations.
• Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Support the organization and analysis of procurement data; assist in preparing regular procurement and cost reports.
• Participate in drafting, reviewing, and managing procurement contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments (such as logistics, finance, and warehouse) to ensure material accuracy and timely updates.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in automated materials purchasing or procurement processes in Malaysia is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin) for communication with suppliers and regional teams.
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks under moderate pressure.
