Key Responsibilities:



1. Main responsibility is to assist in purchase, stock management and coordination

2. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations

3. Handle various clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and recordkeeping

4. Coordinate and manage warehouse supplies and equipment

5. Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders



Qualifications:



1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English / Chinese / Malay.

2. Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification or equivalent

3. Proven ability to work independently and take initiative

4. Strong organizational and time management skills

5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment

6. Working experience is an added advantage.


7. 5 days a week. (8.30am-5.30pm)

8. Workplace: Desa Tasik Selatan, Sungai Besi, 57000 Kuala Lumpur

9. Basic: RM2200-RM2400, EPF & Socso
