Job Description

Principal Responsibilities;



Manage daily purchasing activities to keep supply chain operations smooth.

Handle

local and international procurement

, with strong focus on

import operations

. Candidates must be

strong in this field

and

able to work well in a team

.

Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and freight partners.

Monitor procurement

budgets, timelines, and supplier quality

.

Maintain SOPs documentation and audit trails for compliance.

Work closely with internal teams (logistics, production, finance) to ensure timely delivery.

Prepare purchasing reports, records, and cost comparisons.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements



Minimum

5 years' experience

in purchasing,

must have import experience

.

Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

Familiar with

customs rules and regulations

.

Knowledge of shipping documents and incoterms.

Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Team player with good collaboration skills, and able to work independently when required.

Knowledge of SAP software is an advantage.



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
