Job Description
- Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Preferably with relevant working experience; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Update, scan and upload patterns into the plotting machine software
- Create and update specifications sheets for all apparels and related accessories
- Draw patterns
- Create and update specifications sheets for all apparels and related accessories with pictorial design drawings
- Establish documented Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each Production Division and Flow
- Manage the end-to-end process of purchase orders, from initiation to receipt, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Computing costing for each order inquiry to provide recommended price quotation to end-user.
- Work closely with other departments such as sales, production, and warehousing to align purchase orders with company needs.
- Assist with inventory management process include forecasting, analysis, reporting, planning and cost reduction strategies.
- To liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers (local & China)
