Requirements
Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience as a Purchasing Executive or similar role
Experience working with e-invoicing or ERP systems
Good negotiation and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement software
Responsibilities
Handle and process Purchase Orders (POs) generated from the e-invoicing system
Coordinate with vendors for pricing, delivery schedules, and order confirmations
Ensure accuracy of invoices, POs, and supporting procurement documents
Monitor order status and follow up on deliveries
Maintain procurement records and documentation
Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, and internal departments
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Coordinate and work closely with the Logistics Department to track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
