Job Position: Purchasing Executive

Salary Up To RM7500

Location: Jasin Melaka

s:

• Perform sourcing, price negotiation, contract management, project management, and tender management to ensure the timely and efficient procurement of materials and supplies required for the production of glass products.
• Handle daily purchasing activities such as processing purchase requisition forms, soliciting quotes, commercial negotiation, open bidding, commercial comparison, preparing purchase approvals, and processing payments for management\'s review and approval.
• Manage purchase orders (PO) and payment processing, ensuring that purchase orders are issued with the correct shipping/delivery term and pricing.
• Review purchasing standard operating procedures (SOP) through monthly standard reading and conduct continuous improvement activities.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up with manufacturers/suppliers to ensure the best payment terms are granted.
• Check order processing and schedules with manufacturers/suppliers, arrange shipment clearance for storage, and troubleshoot any urgent or emergency matters as needed.
• Utilize good negotiation skills to develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
