Qualifications



Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Good negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Skilled in supplier sourcing, analysis, and presentation. Familiar with SQL system and stock-taking procedures.

Job Responsibilities



Assist the Supply Chain Manager in handling purchasing, inventory, and delivery coordination. Manage daily purchasing operations and ensure compliance with ISO standards. Prepare Fabrication Job Orders (FJO) and Project Job Orders (PJO). Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance. Review Purchase Requisition Notes (PRN) and issue Purchase Orders (PO). Follow up with suppliers on deliveries, returns, or nonconformance issues. Handle Delivery Orders (DO) for local sales, repairs, samples, and returns. Track and report monthly departmental performance indicators (PI). Support SST reporting and maintain proper filing of purchase records.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
