Taking accountability for effectiveness of the Quality and Environmental Management system. 2. Ensuring that the quality and environmental policy and objectives are established for the quality and environmental management system and are compatible with the context and strategic direction of the organization. 3. Ensuring the integration of the quality and environmental management system requirements into the organizations business process. 4. Issue approval for new parts/ ECR for EOL, long lead time parts, cost savings and remarks EOL. 5. Deal with engineer/ suppliers for any problem arise due to spec issue. 6. Follow up incoming reject parts and production reject and return to suppliers, arrange and follow up with suppliers for sorting, rework, manpower arrangement and do replacement for reject parts. 7. Follow up for QCNCMR and CAR reply from suppliers. 8. Follow up supplier survey forms for agent and manufacturer, lead time survey and misc survey required. 9. Vendor code creation for new approved vendor and update Vendor Data List. 10. Send RFQ to suppliers, request update vendor code and submit to superior for quotation update. 11. Convert purchase requisition to purchase order. E-flow all PO, PO revise, download save and release to suppliers. ,12. PO delivery date confirmation and follow up for improvement schedule with suppliers, review material shortage for production. Source for ex-stock. 13. Shipment arrangement in most economical way to meet PPS date. , i14. Deal with China supplier cargo ship to HK ( console at Amax) deal with custom declaration with forwarder & all documentation compile. 15. Provide forecasts and risk buy to suppliers. 16. Filling important documents such as supplier correspondence email or document, and quotations. 17. Issue AP, print and submit to account. 18. Handling abnormal issue such as sorting & rework & attend internal meeting. 19. Issue indirect PR and issue indirect PR to purchase materials such as material needs to be consign, tooling & NRE cost. 20. RoHS update 21. Any other duties assigned by immediate superior*** Manfaat
