Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Prepare purchase orders, record and file all related documentation for the purchasing process. Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers/ contractors to achieve the best pricing while ensuring high-quality standards and excellent service. Compile and submit a full set of documents (Invoice, Delivery Order, PO, Quotation, Purchase Request Form) to the Accounts Department. Assist in sourcing suppliers and handling procurement for new projects. Evaluate and monitor suppliers/ contractors performance to ensure compliance with ISO standards. Monitor and update purchasing procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Oversee buildings, warehouses and showrooms maintenance, including lighting, air conditioning, roller shutters, televisions, fire extinguishers, pest control and etc. Generate and submit a showroom maintenance report and outstanding PO report by the 15th of every month.

Job Requirements:



Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Procurement or any related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or related field. Strong communication and problem solving skills. Must have own transport.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
