(What are we looking for?)

We are currently seeking Purchasing Executive or fresh graduates based in KOTA KINABALU, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

(1) Monitoring inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages

(2) Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs

(3) To plan productions and purchases according to timeline

(4) Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and supplier performance.

(5) Negotiate terms, conditions, pricing and delivery schedules with suppliers

(6) Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

(7) Performing ad-hoc tasks or any other tasks assigned/required by the Management as required.

Requirements (Who are encouraged to apply):

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Purchasing/Business Administration/Finance & Admin or equivalent. Ability to communicate in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu at least at an immediate level. Independent & with good sense of responsibility and most importantly a sense of ownership Knowledge in Excel, Canvas, Microsoft, Adobe, Autocount is a great advantage.
Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.; 1.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
