Job Description

We're looking for a person to support the day-to-day operations of our rapidly expanding purchasing department.

Responsibilities:



Manage suppliers to ensure fair and sustainable dealings in order to meet the operating company's objective on cost, price and quality. Use the best purchasing strategies by taking into consideration business needs at all levels, and at same time negotiating the best terms for the benefit of the company. Maintain proper and complete documentation of purchases and usage. Prepare and compile cost analysis for Capital Expenditure purchase.

Requirements:



Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related discipline. At leas 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Good communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). High level of integrity and meticulousness. Must have experience in Hospitality industry Strong people skills with pleasant personality.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
