Handle full spectrum of purchasing activities including sourcing, quotation comparison, and supplier negotiation.
Evaluate suppliers based on
price, quality, and delivery
performance.
Communicate with
Mandarin-speaking suppliers
from China regarding orders and product details.
Prepare and review Purchase Orders (PO), delivery schedules, and purchasing reports.
Maintain supplier database and develop long-term supplier relationships.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet production and delivery requirements.
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and
ISO 9001
standards.
Requirements:
Must be able to
speak and write in Mandarin
.
Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in purchasing (manufacturing industry preferred).
Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Salary Range:
RM3,000 - RM5,500 (depending on experience) Attractive remuneration for experienced Mandarin-speaking candidates.
