Purchasing Executive

, where you'll play a key role in sourcing materials and maintaining a robust supply chain that supports high-quality production.

What You'll Do

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers for the best terms in quality, price, delivery, and service. Maintain and update purchasing records, supplier data, and pricing information in the system. Issue purchase orders and monitor supplier delivery schedules to ensure materials are available for production plans. Analyze supplier performance and prepare periodic reports on delivery timeliness, quality, cost, and service. Review stock levels and market trends to anticipate demand, avoid overstocking, and support efficient inventory management. Ensure all purchasing activities comply with the

company's procurement policies

and

ethical business standards

. Collaborate closely with internal departments -- stock control, operations, and production -- to ensure smooth workflow. Handle any additional tasks assigned by management related to procurement and supplier coordination.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in

Business, Administration, Management

, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience

in a manufacturing or industrial purchasing environment. Strong communication skills in both

English and Bahasa Melayu

. Excellent negotiation, multitasking, and time management abilities. Experience in

purchasing, inventory, material, or warehouse management

. Willingness to travel locally or internationally as required.

What You'll Get

Attractive salary:

RM 5,000 - RM 7,500 per month
