KelayakanEducational Background

• Diploma in business, supply chain management, procurement management, logistics, or a related field is often preferred.

Experience

• Relevant work experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Language

• Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia ; proficiency in English & Mandarin.

Continuous Improvement

• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and adopt best practices in procurement.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

TanggungjawabPurchase Order Management

• Responsible for dual purchasing activity and negotiation of pricing.
• Handling purchase requests, sourcing, inquiry, and evaluation of quotations.
• Prepare Purchase Orders.
• Data entry tasks for purchased items into Material Requisition Forms and Procurement Software.

Procurement Documents

• Ensure accurate orders and documentation.
• Issue CPAR (Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System) to suppliers/sub-contractors.
• Maintain the Approved Supplier List for quality control purposes, updating supplier information on quality and capability.
• Prepare new supplier evaluations and supplier performance assessments for ISO 9001:2015 certification.
• Responsible for duties and functions as stipulated in the firm\'s quality management system.
• Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 requirements in the related field.

Logistics - For Oversea Purchases

• Assist in shipping functions for all import purchase orders, coordinating with logistics and the warehouse to ensure proper courier arrangements.
• Ensure import and export documentation is prepared correctly for customs formalities.
• Possess good knowledge of import practices to comply with legal requirements.
