Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term delivery and service) with suppliers.
Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
Responsible for preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
Perform ad-hock tasks if needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any related courses.
Required skill(s): MS Office.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, ?? (as will needed to deal with supplier from China)
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
