Working Days/Hours:

5 days, Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm



Job Responsibilities


- Handle and manage purchasing activities, including sourcing, quotation comparison, and order processing.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment of raw materials and packaging.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain good supplier relationships.
- Prepare and maintain accurate purchase records and reports.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards.
- Work closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Requirements



- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking principals.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
