Working Days/Hours:

5 days, Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm



Job Responsibilities


- Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing, comparing quotations, and processing orders.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate timely replenishment of raw materials and packaging.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Prepare and maintain accurate purchase records and reports.
- Ensure procurement complies with company policies and quality standards.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams for smooth supply chain operations.

Requirements



- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Mandarin language to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
