JOB VACANCY POSITION: PURCHASING EXECUTIVE LOCATION : PULAU INDAH, PORT KLANG SALARY: RM 3000-4000 Assist PM in managing raw materials, packaging, HACCP, FOM, ERM and AVL Documentation Description of job function : 1. Raw materials, packaging, non listed items and others:- 1.1. To check and verify monthly planning of raw materials, packaging and non listed items 1.2. Verify PO issued by Purchasing assistant and clerk 1.3. Follow up with vendor on oversea shipments 1.4. Coordinate between suppliers, warehouse and QA team on any arising issues related to raw materials 1.5. Monitor stock levels according to minimum stock level 2. M3 Database system 2.1. Generate item number for new material 2.2. Inform Finance in Sg Buloh for addition of new vendor 2.3. To verify all PR and PO between hard copy and M3 system for superior approval. 3. Update and maintain following records :- 3.1. Raw material price list 3.2. Monthly Purchase and issuance of raw materials 3.3. FOM, ERM, HACCP/FSSC and AVL 3.4. Packaging purchase allocation 4. Month end raw material audit :- 4.1. Conduct Production buffer stock audit with Production Executive. 4.2. Compile all raw materials stock take quantity to verify with Planning 5. Other related work :- 5.1. Assist QA in supplier plant audit. 5.2. Attend to any task assigned by FM and PM from time to time 5.3. Monitor and verify work done by assistant and clerk. 6. Filing on all related documents. Authority: 1. Coordinate related Purchasing M3 issues with Sg Buloh Finance department and M3 consultant 2. Verify and resolve month end stock variance between M3 and planning Job Specification 1. Minimum Degree Holder in Business Admin or similar field 2. Preferably with one to two years of experience in Purchasing 3. Flair for detailed work 4. Highly ethical and professional when dealing with suppliers 5. Articulate and analytical 6.
