Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers based on customer forecasts or confirmed orders.
Follow up with suppliers for order acknowledgment and delivery confirmation.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth purchasing operations.
Update and record supplier receipt transactions accurately and promptly in the system.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure quality, delivery, and inventory targets are met.
Handle customs approval for return shipments when required.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
