As a

Purchasing Executive

in a metal stamping manufacturing is responsible for strategically sourcing raw materials (such as metals and components), managing supplier relationships, and negotiating favourable terms to ensure cost-effective procurement. They oversee inventory levels, ensure the timely delivery of quality materials, and collaborate with production teams to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations while adhering to budgetary and quality standards.

Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package from locally and oversea in terms of quality, price terms, deliveries and services with suppliers and sub-contractors.

Maintain complete update purchasing records/data and pricing in system.

Issue PO to supplier and monitor delivery from supplier to ensure material availability for planned production schedule.

Prepare and analyse the supplier performance on delivery on time, quality conformity, cost effective and service & provide periodical supplier performance report.

Review stock purchase by monitoring market conditions, current stock levels, lead time required for manufacturing, potential price increase, anticipation of new orders from customers and suppliers' conditions.

Ensure all purchases are conducted in compliance with company Procurement Policy with proper documentation, processes and meet company systems requirements. Ensure the practice of the company's Code of Ethical Business Conduct.

Avoid overstocking by working with the stock control department and operations department on slow-moving inventory.

Ensure seamless integration with all department.

Any other tasks assigned from time to time by Management.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,504.92 - RM3,762.50 per month
