Requirements
Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
2 years working experience.
Communication skills.
Language needed: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all purchasing administrative functions and manage purchasing to support the company' business processes.
Responsible on the Purchases of goods /services and to obtain the necessary approval to issue purchase order.
Responsible to negotiation pricing, terms and conditions with Suppliers.
Responsible liaise with MIDA and Customs Departments for Import duty exemption, sales tax and other matter.
Responsible purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO-9001:2008.
Responsible to develop and maintain supplier relationship, which meet the Company budgetary and business requirements.
To carry out any other functions as and when required by the Management of the company.
