Responsibilities
Dealing, negotiating and work with the suppliers
Analysis the market demand of the products
Maintain and keep updating the purchasing data in system from time to time
Build and maintain the good relationships with the supplier or vendors
Monitoring and forecasting the products according to the market demand
Provide assistance to manager in daily activities or preparing report or any documentation work
Monitors performance progress and perform administrative and office support activities
Coordinate with the related team to ensure the operation run smoothly
Data entry and data analysis
Perform to achieve department goals and objectives with upper management
Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time
