Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Issue a Purchases Orders/ DOs to suppliers. Keep track of purchases and supplies. Placing orders and follow up expediting deliveries with supplier on urgent basis. To maintain/update Purchasing records/data in the system. Identify cost saving areas and continuous. Development/improvement in the Purchasing processes. Coordinate international and domestic shipments of GSE and spare parts. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve delays. Assist with inventory updates, incoming inspections, and delivery confirmations. Oversee storage, handling, and delivery of materials in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:



? Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
? At least 2-5 years' of relevant experience, especially in Automotive Industry related field (other than that can be considered)
? Preferable knowledge in technical automotive.
? Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced and work under pressure.
? Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
? Willing to base at RTB Bukit Changgang, Banting, Selangor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
