Open Position: Purchasing Manager (Reputable Company)

A reputable Company
in Malaysia is currently hiring a Purchasing Manager to join them in their Pahang office.

Key responsibilities include:

Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Accounting and Finance or Engineering.
More than 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in purchasing department, preferable with Engineering industry.
Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
Lead negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.
Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
Directly involves in the contract agreements which includes commercial terms, work flow, pricing and etc.
Knowledge and experience in using SAP/Oracle or other ERP system would be an added advantage.
Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
