Job Brief

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented

Purchasing

to assist in the company's daily purchasing operations. The role involves handling purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin are preferred due to the nature of our business. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Receive and review purchase requisitions from internal departments. Check stock availability before processing purchase orders. Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers. Communicate with suppliers regarding order status and delivery arrangements. Verify and record received goods, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality. Prepare and issue Goods Received Notes (GRN) upon material receipt. Maintain proper records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information. Assist in sourcing new suppliers and obtaining quotations. Support daily administrative tasks related to purchasing operations. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or department head.

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided). Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Good communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic inventory systems. Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
