Job Description

Responsibilities:



Preparing and managing Purchase Orders, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation. Monitoring inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely material availability for production Liaise with forwarders, transporters, and customs for smooth delivery processes.

Requirements:



Minimum 1 year of experience in related fields Proficient in Microsoft Office Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia required. Mandarin is a plus!
