Duties & Responsibilities

- Continuously source for new suppliers

- Prepare invitation to quote and request quotation from the suppliers.

- Prepare quotation comparison list for supplier selection.

- Monitor/follow-up Purchase Order status and ensure timeliness delivery from supplier

- Ensure all purchase documentation (PO, invoice, DO, packing list) is correct and match with goods received.

- Monitoring the quality of products and stock levels.

- Manage supplier and evaluate their performance to ensure uninterrupted supply and quality.

- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.

- Good command in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written).

- At least 2 or 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Resourceful, initiative and willing to work under pressure.

- Computer literate in Microsoft Office.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of management and operational employees

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
