Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Supplier & Vendor Management

Source, evaluate, and select new suppliers to support operational needs. Manage existing supplier relationships and performance. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms. Oversee end-to-end procurement to ensure optimal quality and reliability.

2. Procurement Operations

Work closely with all departments to understand and fulfill purchasing requirements. Plan and execute purchasing activities, including issuing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries. Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely supply of materials and services.

3. Cost & Efficiency Optimization

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement across the procurement workflow. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving projects.

4. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and supplier databases. Work closely with the Finance & Accounting Department to ensure compliance and proper documentation for audit purposes.

Experience & Requirements

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a related field. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Ability to plan, organize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics

, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic procurement systems.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
